Michele McGarraugh has particular insight relative to Workers’ Compensation claimants, due to her experience as the Patient Intake and Screening Administrator and Patient Ombudsman for a clinic that provided evaluation and treatment of long-term disability patients. In that position, she employed her skills to perform extensive review of medical, psychiatric and personnel records to determine eligibility for the program.
